Made purchase for additional seating and to put away grandchildren's toys and books based on a "TV" designer's use which appeared in one of magazines. The color of the bench looks great against my bamboo shades and wall color.

The storage bench is real wood which is great for the price! The stain finish is nice but is light around the corners and edges so I expect that it may need some touch ups after use. I would have liked the option to purchase a seat cushion with this. I would have also liked it to come in a white finish; I'm going to paint mine to go with our white nursery furniture. Overall, I'm very happy!

We bought this storage bench to store shoes and for a place to sit to put on shoes. We have it near the door we use most for entering and exiting. The design is simple and it feels sturdy after we assembled it. A couple of parts don't align exactly but it is not obvious unless one is inspecting it closely.

Decent enough product for the money. The doors don't fit right. The embeds that the doors fit into were not installed right. So product is not right.

I like the finished product, and assembly was easy until we got to the doors. Once assembled, one door would not close within the space provided. The holes were drilled too far out. I had to seal the hold and drill new ones. Then the door fit properly. Other than this, I have no complaints, but I consider this a big problm.
I like the weight of the product and the look. I use it in my child psychiatry office to hold a doll's house on the top, and some mega blocks, and an array of toys in the cabinets that would otherwise make the office look messy. It suits its purpose, as it is simple, unobtrusive, while matching my other wooden decor. The finishing on the edges also leaves a little to be desired, it is a bit rough in several places, but not enough to give splinters.
