    I bought this bench as an entryway piece. I have a small condo with a small entryway, so I was looking for something cute and small, however, this bench almost looks TOO small for the entryway. so make sure that wherever you intend to put it, isn't competing with large pieces of furniture or an open area, or else you run the risk of it looking like a miniature piece. For me, it was perfect, but I would have to say you need to consider its size in comparison to where you plan to place it to make sure it is the right fit. It would almost do better in a bedroom maybe. Easy to put together and overall I am pleased with this bench.

    Perfect size in front of bedroom window-its not too big. Using for seating and storage. Assembly would have been faster and easier with regular bolts and screwdriver versus allen wrench. Well made.

            This bench looks darling in the photos and might be great if I wanted a really off-white piece. I wanted pure white to match other items in my room. This is way off and looks yellowed next to my other pieces.[...]I don't think I'll order from Hayneedle again. The site was one of those "too good to be true" things.
