Purposely distressed with pinholes and brush marks, no-one will ever guess that this piece didn't come from your local antique shop. Constructed of genuine birchwood with a deep cherry finish, this chest features four faux drawers and an additional two faux doors that are complemented by decorative brass-plated handles. On top, you'll find a padded petit-point, tone-on-tone cushioned lid - perfect for use as extra seating.

The interior of this chest is fully lined with Eastern Red Cedar veneer and includes a self-rising divided storage tray with acid-free green lining. When the lid is lowered, an airtight aluminum sealing strip protects your valuables. With proper care, the Sutherland Cedar Chest will last for years and can be passed on to future generations as a true antique.
